<aside> 💡 An Attendee is a User who has registered for an Event. Users can be Attendees across multiple Events and the same User profile information will persist across all Events they are Attendees of.

Here are three common registration strategies:

I want to make it really easy for Attendees to register.

Venue offers simple, free, email-only registration using your brand (see Customize the branding and colour theme) that looks like this:

• In your Admin console, go to Events

• Filter the List to find the Event you want to allow easy registration

• Click the ✏ beside the Event

• Enable Public registration

  

• Click ☑️ Save

• You can now share the Ticket page link to allow people to register simply and easily using only their email address.

  

• When someone enters their email into the Ticket page, they will be sent the Your link to join email.

I want more advanced ticketing options.

You can use any registration program you like with Venue.

• Make sure that Public registration is disabled
• If you have not yet selected a ticketing platform, we recommend using Tito. With Tito, you can easily create many different tiers of tickets, collect payments and attendee details, manage discounts and promo codes, and more. Learn more at ‣. When you link Venue with Tito, attendees register with Tito and they'll automatically receive Venue's Your link to join email.
