Who gets the Your link to join email?

Anyone who is registered to attend the event will automatically receive the Your link to join. There is currently no way to suppress this email (unless you are using our ‣).

What does the Your link to join email look like?

• The From name will appear as your Organization name.
• While the From email address is [email protected]. You can specify a different Reply-to from your Venue Customer Support team.
• The subject line is: Your link to join EVENT NAME - EVENT DATE
• The email includes the Event Header Image (see Customize the branding and colour theme)
• The email includes a calendar invite with the date/time specified in the Event settings (you can set up your favorite timezone so that the calendar holds the right time for everyone, anywhere!).

What happens if an Attendee can't find their Your link to join email?

1. Wait. The email can take up to 5 minutes to arrive after the Attendee has been registered in Venue.
2. Check spam. Sometimes, the email can end up in spam folders.

• Ticket Link. Attendees can request another Your link to join email by entering their email address on the Event Ticket page.
