Here are solutions to the most common issues attendees face:

1. I registered but I can’t find the link to the event in my email

Please wait a few minutes for the email confirmation to arrive in your inbox and make sure to check your junk, spam or trash folders. If you still cannot find it, you can go to the Venue event registration page to have your unique event link re-sent to you.

You also have the option to log in using Google Single Sign on.

If you don't have the link to the Venue event registration page, please reach out to the event organizers.

2. I can’t see the video on stage

Your browser may be auto-blocking video from playing. If this happens:

• Try refreshing your browser and re-entering the event using your link.
• Try turning off your VPN or firewall and opening up the event again
• Try entering the event using Chrome Incognito Window.
• Try entering the event via a different browser or computer. Make sure you are joining the event on the latest version of Chrome on a laptop or desktop computer.

3. I can’t hear audio on stage

• Make sure your device volume is turned up and not muted.
• Make sure your browser tab is not muted. Right-click the browser tab and click “Unmute Tab/Site".
• Try refreshing your browser and re-entering the event using your link.
