global message look like to an Attendee?A banner drops down from the top of the screen with the Organization Logo and your message. A progress bar counts down 10 seconds from the right to the left. The attendee can dismiss the message at any time before it expires and self-dismisses after 10 seconds.

In the Organizer tool bar across the top of the screen, enter your desired message in the text box titled Send a global message
Click the Send button
