<aside> 💡 The Stage Queue is a feature in the Organizer controls to move presenters on and off the stage. It lets Organizers easily see their presenters, know where they are, and manage who is going on stage next.

Attend the Event as an Organizer. You can do this in advance of the actual Event.
On any Mainstage or Breakout Session, if the Stage Queue is not already visible click Show Stage Queue
on the Organizer tool bar across the top of the screen
Enter a user id or name
to filter the list of Attendees
Click the âž•
to add the Attendee to the Stage Queue
The Attendee now appears in the Stage Queue in the order in which they were added
Users are displayed in the Stage Queue in the order that they are added. It is recommended not to exceed 15 people in the Stage Queue at the same time.
You can find the Stage Queue status of any Attendee by hovering over the ⬆
button.
Add to stage:
Attendee is ready to go on stage.
User is offline
: You are unable to add the Attendee to the stage because they are not in the Event.
User is doing system checks
: You are unable to add the Attendee to the stage because they are in the process of completing their system check. You are able to chat with them via the Backstage chat to help them complete the check. See System Check in.
